- Damaged — cracked screen/glass or functional faults — still buyable, see below
What affects your Galaxy S26+ offer
- Battery health and charging cycle wear
- 6.7-inch display condition — green lines, burn-in or touch issues affect the offer more than cosmetic wear
- Frame and back glass condition — dents and scuffs on the corners are checked closely
- Triple-camera function, including the 3x telephoto
- Storage capacity and lock/account status, including Google account and Samsung account sign-out
Common faults we see on Galaxy S26+
None of these rule out a sale — they're factored into the offer, same as with any device we buy.

Before you sell
Back up anything you want to keep with Samsung Smart Switch or your Google account, then remove your Google account and Samsung account from the phone (usually under Settings → Accounts and backup → Manage accounts) and factory reset it.
