- Good — light cosmetic wear, fully functional

- Damaged — cracked screen/glass or functional faults — still buyable, see below
What affects your Galaxy S25 Ultra offer

- Built-in S Pen — must be present and write accurately; a missing pen lowers the offer
- 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display condition — green lines, burn-in or touch issues affect the offer more than cosmetic wear

Common faults we see on Galaxy S25 Ultra

Before you sell
Back up anything you want to keep with Samsung Smart Switch or your Google account, then remove your Google account and Samsung account from the phone (usually under Settings → Accounts and backup → Manage accounts) and factory reset it.
