How it works
Each replacement part we fit carries its own warranty period. Your membership adds extra months on top of that period for repairs done while your membership is active.
Points are added for every paid purchase under your registered phone number, including purchases you made before you joined. Log in to see your points and where each one came from.
Collect your ReDeviceCare+ card at any ReDevice store. Give your registered WhatsApp number at the counter.

Terms and conditions
The extended warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by negligence, such as drops or liquid damage.
- A device that has been opened or repaired by anyone other than ReDevice.
- Software bugs and software updates.
- Claims made after the warranty period or the membership has ended.
- Replacement screens that are not original or OLED grade.
- Batteries that are not original.
Also note:
- The extended warranty is added on top of the standard repair warranty. It does not replace it.
- Extended warranty does not apply to promotional repairs on parts priced at RM99 or below, such as LCD screens and batteries.

Yes. You can also register in person at any ReDevice store.
Yes. Register with the phone number you used at our stores and your previous purchases under that number are added to your account as points.
